RULES OF GYMNASTS

Uniform – All Gymnasts

Gym bag

Hair to be worn in a bun , with bun net and clips

No jewellery allowed unless medical. .

Toe shoes or socks(boys) need to be worn all the time.

Black GRGA uniform - can be bought from GRGA

BOYS- Black GRGA t-shirt , black shorts

Water

WINTER – black tights or leggings, tight white long sleeved t-shirt or vest.

    

 FEES

  Fees need to be paid in advance by Natwest App . this will secure your booking .

EQUIPMENT

 Equipment must be paid for upfront this includes toe shoes ,uniform

Equipment in gym can be used ONLY in the gym. Under no circumstance can they be removed from the gym.

If you wish to buy your own equipment, please speak to Sally or Davinia.


RULES

All belongings must be brought in a gym bag.

Only WATER is allowed

Gymnasts must go to toilet before or after training, or in designated breaks.

All mobile phones to be switched off during class.

The GRGA has a no bullying policy, and no bullying will be tolerated, either physically or mentally. If a child fails to comply with this regulation, he/she will be asked to leave the training session. Severe cases of bullying may result in expulsion from the club.

All coaches are qualified First Aid , please advise on any medical issues or allergies and if we can administer First aid.


FOR PARENTS

All gymnasts need club tracksuits, t-shirts , tops and shorts ,leotards and toe shoes. Order forms to be obtained and returned to Sally or Pia. No order will go through without a form and full payment.

We strongly urge for you to be punctual when dropping off/collecting your child from their session as coaches need to start other classes.

If you are going to miss any training session you must contact us before on the GRGA number or email.

For reporting any safeguarding concerns: welfare.grga@yahoo.com and the Welfare Officer will contact you. 

Fees are due when doing the online booking . If fees are NOT paid gymnasts will go to the waiting list and not have a secured place in the class.

Also the British Gymnastics membership fee, which is £22 a year (non-competitive)and £45 for competitive, This covers insurance.


If you do not want your child to appear on our website, chronicle or any advertising please inform us.

Any medical history or illnesses must be reported to the coaches.
